  • It is a read/write web tool that allows users to share documents on the web and work together as they make changes while sharing. You can share – Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Presentations and can create a survey and share the results.

2. How could you use Google Docs?
  • Invite others (by e-mail address) to edit or view your documents and spreadsheets.
  • Edit documents online with whomever you choose.
  • View your documents' and spreadsheets' revision history and roll back to any version.
  • Email your documents out as attachments.
  • Chat in real time with others who are editing your spreadsheet.
